Edge 3000 Industrial Adapter

The all new Edge3000 Industrial adapter features a pull back positive locking connection very similar to an air hose quick connect

This high strength adapter holds the pad much more securely when buffing on sharp angles, and with pressure allowing the Edge3000 pads and system to be utilized in more rigorous buffing applications

Opening up markets such as Marine gel coat buffing, Aerospace paint, and Marble and stone polishing

Instead of the standard snap on and push button release, this adapter only requires a simple pull back on the slider to allow the pad to slip on

Once you let go the adapter locks itself onto the pad very securely

When you need to change the pad, simply pull back on the slider and pull the pad off, it’s that easy!

This adapter is available in 5/8”, 14mm and 16mm female thread size for attaching to rotary machines worldwide

New feature added:

Two flats allow using tools for removing adapter from machine

This new feature will now give you the ability to use both the pad as a tool to remove the adapter as well as using a 17mm wrench or an adjustable crescent wrench to remove the adapter

Special Note:  Pads made after January 1, 2007 have a deeper groove to match the new Edge3000 Industrial Adapter as well as the Edge2000 Standard Adapter.  Pads made before that date will fit but may require visual inspection that the button on top has indeed popped up to be sure they are properly locked.  This may require a simple nudge forward of the slider to make the button pop up.  Pads made after January 1, 2007 will allow the slider and button to pop automatically.
